  1. Jackie up & down–15:48 rxd

  2. Dips/Pullups 67 reps which is 7 dips into the round of 12.

    • If I am not mistaken you were 7 dips into your round of 15. You finished 12’s. 3+3=6 6+6=12 9+9=18 12+12=24…sooo…6+12+18+24 would be 60 plus 7 from round of 15 would be 67 :o)

      • Marcos, you are right. I (stupidly) trusted Brock “Dartmouth” Wilson’s math. I got 7 into the round of 12. I should have known when he said that I was one rep shy of Veronica.

  3. 5 rounds of 400 meeter runs, 15 over head squats @95lbs
    Time = 20:47
Definitely can shorten this time on the run. Paced myself to slow. Overhead was challenging on set 5

  4. Snatch 145, C and J 185 (pull strong, struggle getting under it, push pressed instead of jerked)

  5. Nancy – 18:59 18# bar

  6. Jackie up & down: 24:09 rx’d

felt & was short & slow rowing next to Neal & Rick!

  7. Deadlift 3×5 185, 205, 225
    Wallballs/Crossover Push-ups 155 reps
    It was pretty slow going!!!

  8. jackie u+d: 23:27. bands for pullups.
105 on clean and jerk. up 5 #. whoo. hoo.

    • 105 is impressive!!!!

  9. Monday I did the squat/shoulder to overhead – finished just under the cap at 9:59 (90/70). In September got 8:01 at 115/65.

Jackie up and down with +3 on pullups – 23:41

  10. 15 Wallballs and 10 crossover pushups = 149 (1 p/u shy of 6 full rounds!!!)

    • Good job Kathleen!

  11. 225 squat/135 push press 8:38.

Psyched since I didn’t finish last time.

  12. Ring dips/strict pullups- 54 rxd
Of note- 2 months ago I couldn’t do ring dips without assistance. 6 months ago, I could barely do 5 strict pullups. Ill take that as progress.

    • indeed! nice.

  13. Nancy 19:22 Rxd OHS unbroken each round but the run really screwed me up. Me and running aren’t friends.
