WOD for Tuesday 2-12-13 (Helen Postponed)

Due to the significant rain we’ll postpone HELEN till later in the week.  Instead, here’s a circuit  WOD that should be a decent metabolic hit.

Against a running Clock –  2 minutes per station.  2 Rounds.  2 minutes between rounds.  5 Stations total for max reps.

1- Row ( calories)

2- Burpees

3- Hang Squat Cleans 95/65

4- Pullups

5- Sandbag Floor To Shoulder 60/40

  2. Calorie row setting 4 40, 33 = 73
    Burpees. 26,17 = 43
    Hang clean. 14,17 = 31
    Pull ups. 25,22 = 47
    Sand bags. 25,26 = 51
    Finished with 3 sets 10 Hand stand push ups, 2 x10 sit ups
    Paced myself during burpees to do better at Hang Cleans. Went over 90% first round which hurt my hang cleans.


    • Post workout shake made from 1 piece of Apple Annie’s cake, 2 krispy kreme donuts, 4 oz of wild turkey and topped off with vegan cheese.


      • After which Mike calculated his daily calories to be exactly 1194.6578 thereby staying under 1200 and not losing clout with his fellow anorexic 16 year old girls


      • Diets of champions! Reminds me of an old SNL skit with John Belushi smoking a cigarette eating Wheaties with donuts on top and gold Olympic metals on his neck.
