10 Minutes- Warmup

10 Minutes- Establish your 1 rm Shoulder press

15 Minutes- 4×8 Shoulder Press for load.

EMOM for 10 Minutes- 4  Push Press @ 100% of 1 RM.  4 Burpees

    4×8=2400
    EMOM- 3720 (8×4@95; 2×4@85) I think I had this wrong on the board.


    • Did I score my EMOM wrong? Should it be 930 instead?


      • Brock figured my score. Based off your weights then it should be less than mine

    1 rm shoulder press=135 (down from 150 in Sept) Not happy about this.

  6. 1RM 175 Down 10 I believe I couldve tried for 5 or 10 more but held back (no pun intended) due to injury.

    4X’s8 3840 definitely held back here too.

  8. Life got in the way so did this at home with dumb bells…better than doing nothing. Life will be pushed aside tomorrow – back to the gym!

    shoulders hurt today


  11. 1 rep max back squat – completed 275 without too much trouble then failed twice at 305 (previous max 300 set on January 2nd of this year). Should have attempted something in between but I was pressed for time as I was trying to make up yesterday’s work and today’s. Frustrating

    1 rep max press = 115 (down from previous max of 120). Frustrating

    Completed 25 reps of yesterday’s Thruster WOD at 115 lbs

    I will improve


  12. Almost too embarrassed to post my day, but will for recording sake:
    1RM- 50
    35×8, 40×6, 35×8, 35×8 = 1080
    Work- 7 rounds @ 50 = 350

    Can only get better from here, right??


    • Michelle, overhead is my weakest aspect as well. Improvemnet here is frustratingly slow. You are not alone.


  13. 1RM – 155 same as old PR. Had shoulder issues last year for a while so glad to be back to where I was.

    Load = 3440


  14. 1RM – 85 (thought I pr’d but when I went to enter it in myWOD I actually did this back in Sept – DOH!)
