Tony Cowden of CrossFit Wilmington is tremendously knowledgeable about nutrition/the Paleo Diet/ Athletic Eating.  Additionally, to my ear at least, he’s pretty hilarious in his unequivocal opinions.  Please cut and paste the link below for a great summary on the paleo diet.  Much Obliged Tony!

  1. Yeah, another great article from t. His posts always point towards perfection and then you have to decide how far you will go. I really started looking at the paleo snacks when I hit my goal weight and then after he and I talked I saw the light.
