WOD for Monday 3-25-13

March 25, 2013

Strength–  Back Squat 4×5

Work- Partner WOD/Teams of 2- AMRAP in 15 Minutes of

3 Power Cleans (must clean the bar, stand to full extension)

3 Front Squat

3 Shoulder To Overhead

all actions @ 135/95.  Athletes must switch on the change of action, not mid action.

Solo- 10 Minutes AMRAP as above.

 

Strength 2- (Time permitting) 3×3 Front Squat

  3. Good squat day for me. Back Squats 260×5, 260×5, 255×5 & 235×5 = 5050
    Team WOD luck draw by cards. Teamed up with Jeff Kapusta
    Total reps 211 (23 rounds + 4) felt like time stood still!


  4. I am not a morning person, especially mornings where I stayed up way too late watching the games. Will need to redo BS later in the week & later in the day.

    BS: 1275 (struggled at 115 x 5 & 135 x 5)
    work w/Abby: 175 rx’d


  5. Wod solo in 10 min 84 reps at 70lbs

    Up 20lbs from last weekend
