Adding and calculating my score up at the end of this was almost as hard as actually doing the work. My brain was in a fog….

  6. 20:31 total. I can’t remember my splits exactly but they were around 1:45 for the runs, 2:05 for the rows, and the double unders….ah the double unders….well they went from 1:45 to 2:57 to missing the 4 minute cutoff (only got 65 in). Not my finest double under moment, but GREAT workout.

  7. Back squat make up at 325 then 335 then 325 all x 3 reps. Cool competition wod: against a 5 minute clock, row 500 m then max reps of 5 burpee box jumps
    @ 24, g2o @ 135lbs. I got 31 reps.
