Open Gym Sunday 5-12-13 10 am to Noon

Saturday the gym is closed, but Sunday we are open 10 to 12.  If its better for your schedule to begin to test out on our recurring lifts then, as opposed to Monday, you are welcome to do so.

      • Thanks!! I was able to get those numbers two weeks ago, but struggled really bad last week. Glad I was able to get them again!
