  2. Back squat – May 145, Feb 130
    Shoulder press – May 67 Feb 60
    Deadlift – May 180 Feb 230

Bodyweight – on the rise! First time working on the deadlift, part of it was just learning how heavy deadlifts feel

    • Switched deadlift numbers – 180 in feb, 230 in may

  3. Nick

    Back Squat May – 405 Feb 425

    Shoulder Press May – 185 Feb 175

Deadlift May – Skip Feb 515

Bodyweight – 192 – Happy with the Shoulder Press, legs are gassed from the Battle of the Boro.

  4. No 1rep max testing for me today. Spent the first half back squatting.

Then performed the 500m row, burpee box jump, & g2o. Got 24 reps Rx.

I still conscious of my lower back which is keeping me from pushing too hard. Watch all these PR’s is fun and frustrating.

I also spent time taking photos. 6am is a good looking bunch!

  5. Shoulder press: May=155 Feb=135 I remember my shoulders being very taxed from the catalyst cycle I was doing. I know I could do more than 135 then so I’m chalking it up to a bad day.

Body weight=164 I’d like to shoulder press my body weight.

  6. Back Squat = May –> 315, February –> 285 (although did 300 1/1/13)

    Shoulder Press = May –> 135, February –> 115

    Body Weight 170

  7. Back squat: May – 230, Feb – 200

Shoulder press: May – 85, Feb – 80 (crappy shoulder)

Dead lift: May – failed at 250, will try again another time this week, Feb – 245

After the dead lift attempt, I realized that I am more beat up from squats & tennis yesterday than I thought. Adrenaline crashed…

Body weight – not saying, but after weighing myself this morning, I’ve lost 8 lbs since Feb – got about 10 more to go

    • Dead lift: 235 – even though I’m not 100% today, I think the Feb 245 was a fluke & Fridays were the days I typically missed due to tennis, so I wasn’t consistent on increasing my dead lift.

*significant should pain but it is always there so I don’t think it necessarily effected anything

Will post when I do the other one…

    • Back squat
      May- 232 February- 225

      • Deadlift
        May- 265 February- 255

I was FREAKING out at the gym because I thought I made zero improvement, BUT when I got home and checked my phone, I had actually increased 10lbs. Honestly though… I am still not happy because last year my 1rm WAS 265… I need that number to start to climb…
