WODs for Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 6-24, 25, 26-13

Monday- Cindy or Grace.  Then work a weakness.

Tuesday- Max reps in 3 minutes of the actions below.  10 Minute rest between actions.

Thrusters @ 95/65

Pullups

Front Squats @ 115/75

Full Stop Push Press @ 105/70

Wednesday- 3 Attempts at each action.  

1) Vertical Jump

2) Med Ball Throw

3) Standing Broad Jump

4) 10 Meter Dash

5) Max reps KBS in 30 seconds 70/53 ( 1 attempt only)

  1. Grace = 14:59 RX’d. I might regret doing 95lbs though becasue now my back is hurting again. I think I’ve only done Grace one other time on 8/5/2011 and my time was 8:01 at 80lbs. Glad to be back for two weeks before my next vacation. 🙂


  2. I did tomorrow’s 3 min max reps on Sunday as follows Thrusters @ 95-48 reps. Pullups-60 reps. Front Squat @ 115-46 reps. Full Stop Push Press @ 105=36 reps. I got the Sick-n-wobblies right after thrusters, and they never went totally away until long after the wod.


  3. Grace 4:55 @ 80lbs (last recorded Grace was waaaay back in 8/2011 and I did it at same weight 6 something)


    • Cindy today—19 Rnds + 9 reps.

    39 pull ups
    37 front squats
    49 push press = 191
    felt great being back after being out for 2 weeks.


  5. Thrusters @ 95/65=46 (x2)=92
    Pullups=53
    Front Squats @ 115/75=45
    Full Stop Push Press @ 105/70=30
    Total=220


  6. Cam got 49 Thrusters, 50 Front Squats, 36 Push Presses, and tore his hands 25 pullups in. Score 204 total.


  7. Thrusters @ 95/65- 18 =36pts
    Pullups- 34@ +2
    Front Squats @ 115/75- 20
    Full Stop Push Press @ 105/70-18 @60lbs

    For a whopping grand total of 108


  8. Thrusters 26@ 85 lbs
    Pull-ups 36
    Front squats 30@ 95 lbs
    Push press 28@ 85 lbs

    Went a little heavier to work on my strength.


  9. Thrusters – 46 = 92
    Pull Ups – 26 (Purple Band)
    Front Squat – 39
    Push Press – 68

    Total = 225

    PU = 38
    FS = 30
    PP = 25
    Total = 149
