Work-  for time.  21-15-9 Power Snatch, Overhead Squat @ 95/65lbs.  Every Round concludes withe 30 feet of Overhead Walking Lunges at 95/65.  Caps at 12 minutes.

  3. So far we have no one under the cap, with afternoon and evening still to come–brock

    • I am sure Brock will finish under the cap.

  4. 1 overhead lunge round short of finishing, 50lbs

    • 90 reps?

  5. 11:01 During the lunges I didn’t bring my feet back together I just kept the momentum going. Brock Okayed it so boo yah

  6. 87 – Scaled lunges

  7. 69 (haha) reps RX, pretty tough. Big ups to Cam for finishing!

  8. What time are you opening the gym tmrw. Scott said it may be later.
