WOD for Thursday 7-10-13

Technique/Skill-  15 Minutes on the Power Snatch, Overhead Squat and Walking Overhead Lunge in anticipation of the…

Work-  for time.  21-15-9 Power Snatch, Overhead Squat @ 95/65lbs.  Every Round concludes withe 30 feet of Overhead Walking Lunges at 95/65.  Caps at 12 minutes.
