WOD for Thursday 7-25-13

Strength/Tech

A) Power Snatch: 4 sets of heavy triples.  Walk the border of crisp clean technique and hard work.

B) Snatch Grip 3-Stop Deadlift- 4 sets of 3.  Hook Grip.  Touch and Go.

Then

Against a 3 Minute Clock with 1 minute rests

1) row 500/400 M–then Max rep Handstand Pushups

2) 50 KB swings to eye level (Russian etc @ 24/16)– then Max rep Handstand Pushups

3) row 500/400 M–then Max rep Pullups

4) 50 KB swings @ 24/16 to eye level– Max rep Pullups

2 Scores:  total Handstand Pushups and total pullups.
