Warmup– Mixed Movements/Seven Minutes.

Technique- Snatch and Split Snatch review

Work-  EMOM for 10 Minutes:  1 Split Snatch Left, 1 Split Snatch Right, One Power Snatch, 1 Snatch (Full Squat)

Athlete’s choice — Work 2  OR Skill Development- Row 2k  for time  or  Work on your rope climb technique.

  1. First 2 min at 95. Last 8 min at 65.

    Last 8 seemed super easy but first 2 were odd going up and didn’t want to hurt myself.

  2. 3 @ 50, 1 @ 55, 5 @ 60 (skipped 1 round)

    2k – 9:24
    last time almost 2 yrs ago was 9:09
    my lungs still hurt & I need to do that at least once a month


  3. 8 1/2 at 95 – really struggled on the last element (squatting low)
    Work – 2k in 7:19


  4. 2k row – 9:15
