WOD for Tuesday 9-10-13

Warmup– Inversion Practice/Shoulder Mobility

Strength 1-   4×5 Overhead Movement.  Split Jerks 4×4

Strength 2-  EMOM x 5.  Heavy Singles at 5-10% more than Strength 1

Work-  10-8-6-4-2 Wall Walk ups.   Every round separated by a 60 second parallel wall sit.

    WOD finished 4 rounds 30 seconds into last round

    Singles 130 each time (wasnt feeling it)
    WOD finished walk ups on the set with 6 reps but only had enough time to do half the wall squat.

    I only got to do 2 of the one rep singles @ 130

    Work
    24+2.75 ribs touched the wall every time but chest did not. Was this RX’d? I don’t think so…

    Skipped the work and did Monday’s DL stregth instead (posted in Monday).

    Singles (1) at 125 (1) at 135 only did two… need to move a little quicker next time.
    Work – 28 + 3 squats
