Warmup/Movement Review

 

10 MInutes-  Repeat the following for max load.  1 Power Clean, 1 Hang Squat Clean, 1 Split Jerk

then 

10 Minute-  Repeat the following for max load.  3 Touch and Go Snatches (full).

 

Then work capacity, either 15-20 minutes in Zone 1 or CF Open 11.1  AMRAP in 10 of 30 Doubles/15 Power Snatch 75/55

  2. worked up to 205 and failed twice. settled with 185 completed. I have done 205 many times. Not happy with the results.
    snatches work up to 145 but they were ugly. went done and worked of form.
    worked on 20 minutes of DU’s

    3×3 split snatch: 75
    11.1 – 3 rounds + 6 snatches rx’d

    Touch and Go Snatches =
    Work = 2 rounds + 30 DUs (very frustrated that I still have to do double, single, double, single……)


    • Stength #1 – 85lbs
      Strength #2 – 65lbs


  5. PC,HC,SJ 165…..snatch triple 95


  6. Clean combo 150. Snatch 95.


  7. Matt and i r coming to the party.


  8. Clean combo – 165 snatch – 95
    Work – double under/ snatch 4 rounds completed
