WOD For Wednesday 12-11-13

Warmup-  8 Turkish getups Right and 8 Left.  

Strength A- Close Grip Bench Press 10-8-6-4-2 for load if you missed doing so on Tues.

or

Strength B-  Lying Dumbell Tricep Extension.  4×10 for load.

Work/Technique– Agility Ladder/Cone Drills.
