WOD for Friday 12-13-13

10 Minutes of Rolling/Stretching

Strength:  Back Squat 10-8-6-4-2 for Load.  Not quite tempo controlled, but slow descent and full stop at the bottom.  Go distinctly past parallel even at the expense of weight.

 

Work- Max Distance Backwards Tire Drags in 1 minute.  Recover.  Repeat.  3x total.
