WOD for Friday 12-27-13

Skill-  Snatch Balance 6 sets of 3 reps.  As heavy as good form allows.  

Work-  A whole bunch of  named wod pieces strung together.  

For Time-

1 rd of Barbara-  20 pullups, 30 Pushups, 40 Situps, 50 AirSquats

1/3 Of Grace- 10 Clean and Jerks at 135/95

1 rd of Kelly – 400 m run, 30 Box Jumps 24/20, 30 Wallballs

First round of Elizabeth – 21 Squat Cleans at 135/95, 21 Ring Dips

1/2 Jackie–  Row 500 m, 25 Thrusters @ 45 lbs, 15 Pullups.

  2. Time cap. Finished the Ring dips. Thought I was going to get sick or pass out after coming in from the cold. Maybe I am pregnant with a food baby from the holidays.

  3. 31:40 Rx – went over the time cap and spilt chalk all over the gym! Also felt like puking
