Come out and get heavy!



  1. 3 rounds of Kelly with box step ups instead of jumps = 26:06. This was 41 seconds faster than last week. Thanks to James Hunter for telling me I was doing this today and pushing me on the last round of Wallballs. Glad to see Rebecca today!! You look GREAT considering all you’ve been through last year. Hope you make it back to Crossfit soon.

  2. Thanks Kathleen! Great to see you as well! I hope to be around as much as possible moving forward. This diet contest isn’t going to win itself… 😉
