Hey Brock, i saw this gif set on tumblr and i was wondering what your thoughts were on it and if it’s a good way to build technique for a muscle up? love to have your input, because of course we see a lot of things on the internet, and they aren’t always good technique. THANKS!

  2. Dead lift day. Did 4×8 at 175, 200, 205 and 205 for a total of 6,280 lbs. thanks Whitney for giving me the confidence to go for 200lbs. Sometimes you just need someone to say “you can probably do 200lbs 8 times”.


  3. Zoe, Google “outlaw muscle up progression”. There is a video on vemo (therefore i don’t know how to share the link). It is a great video that expands on the tumbler that you refer to.
