WOD for Friday 2-2-14 Open Gym is Sat and Sun 10-12

Strength-  4×8 High Bar Back Squat.  No forward leaning.  No shorting your depth.  For load.

Work-  Amrap in 10 Minutes

10 Sumo Deadlifts  185/115

10 Grasshoppers

1-2-3-4-etc Wall WalkUps

    WOD 5 rounds but did GHD instead of dead lifts.

    Open athletes Option b not listed on site. Emom 10 mins. Even min 10 wallballs. Odd min 10 toes to bar. Record fastest and slowest times.

    Wall balls best/worst scores = 18/22
    T2B best/worst scores = 13/16


  4. High bar BS: 95, 115, 135×4, 115 – high bar makes me really dizzy

    work: 5 rounds + 5 deadlifts rx’d


  5. High bar BS = 4,800lbs (135, 145, 155 and 165) — in hindsight I think I should have started a little heavier.

    WOD AMRAP in 10 min. – 4 rounds + 10 SDL + 10 grasshoppers. I’m not sure how Brock was scoring the wall walkups, but I think I got 90 total reps if we count each walkup. I think I hate wallwalk ups as much or even more than grasshoppers.
