Test-  1 rm Weighted Pullup

Strength-  3×8 Pullups for load

Work-  JACKIE:  1k row, 50 thrusters 45/30,  30 Pullups

  1. 1 rep max pull up body weight + 118=292
    3×8 @ 58, 50, 48 = 5424

    • Correction 77 1/2 instead of 75 1/2 70lb KB plus a 5 and 2 1/2 + belt = 275 1/2

    BW + 7.5lbs. I usually do chin ups when strict, but I’m going to do pull ups this cycle to try to build that strength
