WOD for Thursday 4-3-14

Test- 1 rm Deadlift/Sumo Deadlift (Lift   * AND  *  controlled descent.

Strength- 3×8 Deadlift (Touch and go).

Work- 5 RFT : 5 deadlifts @ 225/155, 10- Lunge righ /Lunge left  /OTB Hop.

    6:22 work


  2. Max control decent dead lift = 345 this is down from 375 on 12/13/2013. Felt some increasing pain on the way up on 365 so I dropped. I’ll take 345 @ 6am all day. Max goal for 2014 is 400.

    3 x 8 @ 160 = 3840
    work: 6:44 rx’d


  7. Im doing cleans for my strength.

    1RM 205 failed at 215, maybe could’ve got 210, but too lazy.

    3x’s 5 touch and go cleans (full squat and fully established hang position before each touch)

    15X’s 155 2325 lbs

    Deadlift and lunge WOD RX’d 7:01


  8. Deadlift 1RM = 295#
    3×8 @ 225# = 5,400
    Work in 10:59


  9. crappy crap soreness from max deadlift on tues.
    1×8 at 115, 2×8 at 125 and 5:34 or something like that at 125 for the wod

    Tom: max 275, 4440 for 3×8, 8:35 at 205


  10. Squat clean 1rm 175lbs …..135lbs x15……wod 7:11rx


  11. DL – 1 rep max 385 (failed at 435 but came close)
    3×8 – 5400
    Work – 4:55 rx
