  3. Pull Ups: BW+Belt=197 +20, +15, +7 1/2, +10 = 6724 I only went up an avg. Of 5lbs. Not good I know.
    Supine rows: 53 chest to bar for 3 rounds.
    Wall Balls/T2B 112 reps.
    Once again Brock put together another great WOD for us!

    t2b felt good, not sure if it’s the acupuncture working or what
    only got hit once in the face with the wall ball

  7. I missed testing BS last week so I did it today. 1 RM BS = 225lbs which is a PR for me as far as I can remember and recorded.

    3×8 BS = 4,000lbs (165×8, 165×8, 170×8); sets of 8 continue to be a challenge. It feels like I’m stuck under the bar for a very long time so mentally the next few weeks will be tough. Since I’m averaging only 3 days a week getting to CF I will focus on SP, BS and DL.
