4×8 Deadlift-  Touch and go.  If you cant “kiss the ground”  go lighter.

 

Diane  is 21-15-9  Deadlifts at 225/155, Handstand Pushups

    Diane @115 – 5:31
    Top 1/2 hspu. Was able to touch my head to the bigger mat. Never done that before!

    Diane. She was ugly today. 7:47rx
    Hspu’s were not too hot today.


  6. DL: 165×16, 175×16 = 5440 (avg 10lb better than last week)

    Diane: 8:08 rx dl, top 1/4 hspu (couldn’t get to 1/2 way point so I did hspu unbroken to get a little more work in)

    Diane with Rx’d DL but scaled hspu in 8:18


  12. weeelll see, what had happened wass…. i dont remember my score. i think it was 5440? does that sound right? had to go light on the last set because i had loser technique coming down and strained my back (no need for another injury, although ill have plenty of time to recover….)

    diane was great. at 115. but atleast my HSPU’s were pretty solid! till next time diane…

    miss the box already.
