    My SP 1rm of 80 last week may have been light, but that just gives me more room to improve. I need to get my double-unders back.

    Work: 8:46 super scaled (by accident) did DU 1st round, took me 2 minutes, so switched to singles (90/round) aaand messed up grasshoppers- did L-1, r-2, L-3…instead of LR-1
