  2. pullups 229X8, 225X’s 16, 217X8 Not sure which vests those were but it was the heaviest one and the next 2 before it. Avg 224 lbs up from 216.5 avg last week Total weight 7,168 up from 6,928 last week.

    Helen 12 flat RX. Must learn to increase my cardio endurance because I went unbroken on KB until 14 into my last round and all pullups unbroken with not much rest inbetween components. The runs KILLED me. I should be sub 10 on this.

    WOD: Hang squat clean/burpee reverse ladder: DNF in time allotted. 133 reps completed RX. Lung burner for me.

  11. sumo DL x8s: 100/110/110/115. much improved from last week (90/95/95/95). I’m slowly making friends with the DL. (Not good friends, but the kind you tolerate because they share the good bottles of wine)
    got 1/2 way thru the metcon @55lb hang clean.

  13. Thursday. Feeling super weak today and unstable. Subbed Bench press for my cleans.

    205,210,215,220 total 6800 avg 212.5 up from 207.5 last week

    Work 137 reps RX…If I felt better…maybe could’ve pushed a little harder and finished…Im sure we will see this again in the not so distant future…finish it I will!!!
