    Work = 14:30 scaled the T2B to knee raises halfway through and just did step-ups.

  8. SP 160,155,145,140 (peak set 140X’s11) Total lbs not including 3 extra reps from peak set was 4,880. up from 4,840 the week before, but my average was down 1.25 lbs…I mis calculated a round…I should’ve/couldve gone higher.

    WOD 13:39…my lungs were the limiting factor, no problem with the weights or t2b…grip hurt bad, but that pain didn’t really set in until after I was finished.

    Work- 14:52 (s) t2b (did 4 legit, then knee raises) 50lb (started at 65lb, then felt my back around #8 s2o)
