    Failed in 4 attempts on ring muscle ups. Finished with DU’s

    Helen: 13:20 rx’d NOT PR – fastest 1st round ever, started 3rd round at 8:06, started last set of pull ups at 11:15 – took 2 minutes to do 12 pull ups – pathetic!!!
