Final WOD of the 8’s.  Score is total load.

I’m about to place an order for progenex.  If interested please let me know what product, what flavor and how many you’d like in the comments section.

  3. Close grip bench 225, 220, 220, 215. Failed on last set. Only got 6 reps. Total 6610
    WOD 9:54 from the hang at 115.


  4. Close Grip Bench Press: 225×8, 220×8, 220×8 & 205×8 = 6960
    Avg. 217.5 up from 205.5 last week.
    Elizabeth: 12:28 RX off the floor 135

    Elizabeth 9:43 with hang cleans at 65 and ring pushups.

  8. BP = 185, 195, 195, 185 = 6080. Up 80 lbs.
    3×5 at 185

    WOD: 12:21 hang at 115. I took the last set from the floor and should have just gone RX and done it that way as it was easier then doing the hang.

    3×5 Top Half – 170,170,180

    Lizzy hang at 105 – 13:48 …ring dips turned into singles

  10. BP: Shot myself in the foot. I wanted to see if I could do 225X8 so I went for it on my first round and got it. That left not much bass for the rest of my sets and as a result this weeks avg actually dipped significantly to 205 from 212.

    225, 205, 195, 195X10 total lb 6560

    Modified Elizabeth RX (115 hangs) 9:12 I think this sucks just as bad as real Elizabeth. The real Elizabeth was not an option for the midday groups.
