  2. BW 198: +38×5, +38×5, +38×5, +38×5 = 4720 avg. 238 up from last weeks 220.75 avg. (Having pain in both elbows)
    Jackie 9:12. Last time 9:35 4/1/14. Little improvement, but its improvement!


    • 24 seconds across 9.5 minutes is like 3 or 3.5% in a month. I’d take that anyday!

    Got two BW at beginning of first three sets, 1 at BW for last set and then a combo of +1 and +2. Definite improvement!!!

    Jackie 10:14 with +2 on pullups (last time was 11:46 with same assistance)

  7. another lame day for me…skipped pull ups…Ill start back up on them next week I guess…

    Jackie. My PR was 9:17 from last time and when I was at 9:18 today I still had 10 pull-ups to go and I just couldn’t find the will power to finish… so DNF…I promise I am not using this as a platform to bitch or complain, more really for my record keeping. I used damper at 10 on the row. Finished fast but was super gassed. Thrusters took forever. My arms and shoulders were really taxed from all the presses, HSPU and wall balls from yesterday I guess. I want to try this again maybe this weekend with a different approach…really disappointed.

  11. I did Monda’s 40-30-20-10 rest 3 and repeat with the 130 class. 1327. I did jackie with the 5 Pm’s 7:26. I rowed poorly.
