  6. DL: 115×5, 135×5, 155×5, 115×5 – went super light today – back’s not 100% better and I have tennis match tonight – couldn’t take a chance

    Diane: 6:00 @ 115lbs and top 1/2 hspu


    • Won my tennis match 6-0, 6-0. Guess I should have gone heavier.

  8. deadlift day! i did 140 x 19. this is big for me. i am a bit of a pussy about deadlifts.
    wod: 8:10 with like 1/2 inch dip in HSPU.

  10. Clean work: new PR at 195.
    Diane: scaled HSPU 6:14


  11. Squat clean singles
    Got up to 215 which is a new PR for me.

    Diane 5:23rx which is also a PR
    On 4/10/14 I was 7:47rx but shoulders were very sore that day.


  12. DL = 6700 – Wasn’t here last week but, probably down
    Diane = 7:49 scaled the HSPU to 1/4 movements


  13. Clean 185lb…. Singles 165lb
