Anything you want.  Make up a workout.  Work a weakness.  Bring in a mirror and hit some bicep concentration curls.

    5 tire flip buy in
    Then 3 rounds:
    10 Sledge Hammer swing each arm
    Sandbag to shoudlers and run the length of the parking lot
    10 sandag to shoulders
    Run length of parking lot

    5 tire flips to complete:
