Weekend Schedule in advance.

Saturday and Sunday Open Gym 10-12 noon

Monday- Memorial Day:  10-1  We will run Murph with two starting times 10:15 and 11:30 am.  I dont favor the longer workouts often, but this is Tradition.   1/2 Murph is also an option.

 

Murph is–

1 Mile Run

100 Pullups

200 Pushups

300 Squats

1 Mile Run

 

Divide the calisthenics into any groupings you want.  The runs must start and finish the wod.   Count on 45mins to an hour if this is your first attempt.
