15 reps each of Toes 2 Bar, Shoulder 2 Overhead, Box Jumps, Hang Cleans  Barbell movements at 115/80.  Boxes 24 and 20″.

    WOD 14:45 RX (Much slower than last time)


  3. SP: 50×5, 60x5x2, 65×4 = 1110 – first time doing SP in months
    work: 10:28 @ 50lb and rx’d t2b, box – last time at same weight was 14:46 – next time I need to go up in weight

    Work- 11:38 (s)T2B & 50lb. Previous 4/22/14 14:52 same scale


  5. 170, 170, 170, 165X6 avg 168.75 total 3,375 not including the extra peak rep.

    WOD 14:51 last time was 13:59…Ill attribute the extra minute to the intense soreness I’m having from missing a week…sounds about right.


  6. SP = 1,500 lbs. I missed last week SP work and I didn’t have the technique quite right. The bar was too far out in front of me and I couldn’t get it corrected. It cost me one rep on both the 3rd and 4th sets. 75×5, 85×5, 90×4, 85×4. But I did go to failure on the last set.

    Work = I got capped at 20 minutes; completed 2 rounds + 15 T2B + 15 S2OH + 15 box jumps which I scaled to step ups.

    WOD: 12:29 RX. Last time 12:10. Little slower today

    WOD = 14:42 – Scaled T2B ad Box jumps.. Maybe riding my bike wasn’t the smartest idea today.


    • Sometimes sacrificing your personal interest for the sake of doing something fun and romantic is necessary.
