    Amazing that only a short time ago I needed assistance on pull-ups
    I am 3 mo into crossfit and what a huge overall change!!!

    Wall balls/ Toes to Bar 136 reps. Down from 150 last time.

    WB/T2B – 94rxd (finished 6 rounds, but didn’t actually touch the bar on the last two reps – I tried!)
    Last time was 86, and 79 in April

    WB/T2B: 120rx – same as last time, but I actually did T2B for the duration this time around. My transitions still suck, but in time I will achieve Jeff Kapusta-esque form.

  7. Pullups 254 X’s 12 total 3,048 this was BW 192 plus largest vest and a medium vest.

    WOD 121 RX…I seem to be within 2 or 3 reps of this same score every time. I wonder if I’m not “blowing my WOD” by not pacing myself. I get through 5 rounds in 4 minutes and then burn out…maybe with some pacing I could get 8 complete rounds.

    Is it just me? Or have these past 3 days beat anyone else up? Im head to toe sore.

    WOD: 119 but scaled to hanging knee raises.

    I quit track my senior year in high school and one of the reasons was I couldn’t beat this girl in the mile no matterhow hard I tried. Lame I know. Good thing I’ve “matured” because I get depressed every time we do pull-ups and T2B. That’s all.
