This is the last week of touch and go on the deadlifts.  Next week we will go 3×3 hand release in an effort to peak you for the test out.  

Recall that DIANE comes ahead of 2×20 GHD back extension tomorrow.

  12. 8am BackSquat 310×1, 330×1, 360miss. 340x1x3. I had hit 355 last week so was disappointed to not get 360. Possibly because of the early hour? Anyway, during subsequent reverse lunges I strained a muscle in my r. thigh. Immediately iced and followed up again 3 more times over the next 4 hours. Wrapped the thigh in my elastic knee wrap which worked surprisingly well. By 7pm it felt good enough to try DIANE, and I finished in 6 flat. Leg no issue. PR. Finally felt DIANE the way you’re supposed to; that is to say Metabolically, as opposed to just sitting around waiting for my handstand fatigue to diminish. HSPU’s have come a long way but still way off some of you overhead monsters.
