    • Sounds like you need to drop the bands for Helen!

    Supplemental 3×5 scapular retraction: 1 set on bars, 2 with bands and PVC pipe.
    Helen: 16:35 – 30 cals on A/D, pull ups w/ 2 purple bands. last Helen time; 17;33.

    Helen: 11:44 rx’d – 7 seconds slower

    Helen 11:41. Maybe a 19 second PR? Either way not very impressive. First time I did unbroken KB, but split last round of pull-ups in half.

  10. Back Squat 320×3, 340×3, 320x3x2. HBBS 260×2, 280×2, 300×2 Then, Helen 9:21. 3 seconds faster than last month, but 4 seconds slower than Greg B.
