  4. 5×500 m row in 1-139 2-140 3-144 4-142 5-145 8:30 total. Better than last month by 15 seconds. Damper @ 7, feet high and big forward reach seems to be my best combination.

  5. BS 4×3 Hand Release: 305# x12

    WOD: in 8:52
    (1:35, 1:45, 1:55, 1:49 & 1:48)

Ad’s crazy-ass method of time keeping seems to believe this is the right total.

  6. Clean single 195 pr…….row 9:40…….yesterday’s pull-ups BW plus 45, 62×2, 45, 38………max pull-ups 25,15, and 15

  7. James…get over it….don’t be made your cheating “math” made you faster and I had to go ruin it all by actually knowing how to add shit. Always remember James math doesn’t lie so pick up your pace in rounds 2 through 5 if you want a faster time.

    WOD 8:23 (1:36, 1:38, 1:41, 1:44, 1:44)

    Cleans: stuck on 185…bummer.

    • James. Good start ! Your single fastest was better than my single fastest. Just gotta build some recovery/endurance. That’s achievable.

    • 823 is fast as hell!

    • Adelynn you are amazing!

  8. Deadlifts have been a total suck fest this whole session. 170, 170×1, 120, 140. First week of three’s were all at 190

    Rowing suck fest – 10:32?

  9. DL: 285,295,305,315 Work: 1:58,2:01,1:58,2:00,1:58=9:55
