OPEN GYM 10-12 and 1RM test out notes

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 23-24-25  We will devote the first half of each session to testing your 1 RM and compare your scores to 12 weeks ago.  

Ideally avoid these combinations on the same day:  Bench/Shoulder press.  Squat, Deadlift.  

Please bring a phone and let’s commemorate your anticipated PR’s with some dramatic video.
