July 2, 2014Wednesday- A) Work- 3 RFT of 15 Toes 2 Bar, 15 Wallballs, 15 Ring Dips, 15 Box Jumps. B) Strength- 4×5 Snatch Grip Deadlift for load. C)Mobility/Recovery.
Thursday- A) Skill development, Gymnastic Kip/Bar MuscleUp B) Olympic Lifting- Hang Power Snatch, Split Jerk C) Work- 10 Mins Zone 1 on the Airdyne, Row, Run and/or Jumprope
Friday- In the event of bad weather, we will meet at the gym at 9am and Honor our nation with indoor team games rather than Beach Team Games. Same WHAT, Same WHEN, Different WHERE.
