3 Attempts at various speed/agility/footwork drills. approx 15 minutes

Strength- 4×8 Pullups for load

Mobility- Stretch and roll to prepare for a tough TH and FR.

ps- Due to some cyber-chicanery I cant post comments to my own blog. (I blame Obamacare!)

Anyway, I am forced to do so here. 3 RFT of 20 WAllballs, 20 Snatches 20 T2B in 13:34.
