Wod a- 10 Minute AMRAP: 10 Airdyne calories, 10 Burpees

Wod b- EOMOM x 5: 10m Shuttle run for max reps

  10. A/D burpee clustercuss. 100 even. i did better on this last time. I blame 6 am for being too early to do anything right.
    I skipped the runs and tried to climb the rope but mostly just skinned my calf.

  12. Shuttle run 1st- 69. First time actually feeling good running in a long time. I was pretty pumped about that.

    AD/Burpees- 105. Way worse than last time- 120. I want to do this one again.
