WOD A-

Against a 2 minute clock, complete 2 rds of Cindy (5 pullups, 10 Pushups, 15 Squats) then row for calories with any time remaining. rest 2 minutes x4 cycles. Total Time 16 minutes.

WOD B- EMOM 1) 5 Deadlifts @ 275/185 2) 10 OTB Burpees 3) 20 Situps x 5 cycles. Total time 15 minutes.

  13. Did this today since I was gone all week.

    A: 6 cals rx’d – 2 rounds I lost time messing with the rower – need to figure out how to coordinate without losing time

    B: totally messed this up to start with. I attempted to do the 5, 10, 20 sequence in 1 minute. Made it to 7 burpees and felt really lame. Bumped down to 135 and tried again. Made it to 8 burpees. Complained to Kate that I can’t get this done and I suck. She then set me straight.
    Started over and just did 9 straight rounds @ 155
