  5. Single snatch – worked up to 115 safely. Felt good and would like to attemp 135.

  6. 5 rounds at 55lbs. Tried twice for a sixth round but couldn’t get the shoulder press
    447 reps. Thought I would be better at that. Will try it again

    333 reps on jump rope/sit-ups. Had a hard time with jumping on one foot!

    WOD #2 = 283; soreness from thrusters made jumping rope a challenge today.

    Jump rope wod 159 (I can barely jump rope with two feet much less on one leg)


  15. 4 rounds at 70lbs

    Didn’t do the second WOD. I had a headache when I came to the gym and it kept getting worse. I peaced out and took some tylonel and drank about 16oz of coke. I am finally feeling better.
