  1. PS- Check your scores from last month (7-18). If you scaled the weight and did 10 or more, add weight this go-round.

  2. 6 rounds at 155

  3. 10 rounds at 145

  4. 7rds at 170

  5. 6 rounds (UNBROKEN) @185 Grip went quick on the 5th round

  6. 9 rx

  7. 9 rounds at 155. I went 3 on then off one, on one the rest of the way. I think I could’ve done 5 or 6 rx but I hadn’t done this before and I didn’t want to not get enough work in. Also, I’m still a little concerned about full recovery from my last back episode. 155 felt about right this time. Next time, RX!

  8. My last attempt at this was a major fail with my shoulder.

    For time:
    18 deadlifts @ 155 / 20 wallballs / 10 snatches @ 50
    12 deadlifts @ 155 / 20 wallballs / 10 snatches @ 50
    6 deadlifts @ 155 / 20 wallballs / 10 snatches @ 50

    16:44

    • Wow! Fantastic!

  16. 8 rounds @145

  17. Did this on Sunday with 25 lb dumbbells. Did all 15 rounds.

  18. Did this Saturday at open gym. During warmups I got to single reps at 185 and thought I could make it work…. Epic Fail as the kids say. Couldn’t jerk 185 over my head on the first minute. Quick reduction to 165 on minute 2 got me a 9 score (1 on 1 off till minutes 14 and 15, where I got both). I *DID* get all 9 rounds unbroken, which was a small personal goal. Then had an awful 45 minute recovery.

  19. 12 at 50 pounds
