WOD for Thursday 5-21-14

So, first off. Apologies to all except the 6pm class. They were the only group to get the correct wod D- 10 Doubles/10 pistols. Everyone else had to slog through 30 doubles per round. Sorry about that. Your scores for that period are definitely off. If you did better this time around at WOD D, you had a double under and or pistol breakthrough. Thanks to Zach at 5 pm for the catch.

Some small changes to the WOD for TH.

10 Minute Cleans are no longer from the high hang. Go from the floor.

10 Minutes Split Jerk stays the same.

WOD of 2,6,9,12, etc to infinity OTB BURPEES/ s2o @ 115/80. If you are doing the GG in Sept. This is your Event # 2 format. Please substitute whatever your event weight is for 115/80 whether it’s more or less.

(My pr at 135 is 122 (18 burpees, 14 S2O) Ive done this wod 3x.)
