WOD for 8-27-14

Work- 3 rft 15 reps each of t2b, ring dips, box jumps, KB swing 53/35
Strength- Weighted Pullups 4×3 for Load

  1. WOD 8:43 rx
    Pull ups + 53, +73, +83, +70 = 2925


  2. WOD: 10:09 RX first time doing ring dips and toes2bar since my shoulder injury. Hardest part were the Ring Dips.
    Weighted Pull Ups: BW 198 total 2699. Failed on my last pull up on set 4. No juice left to try again.


  3. 8:42 12t2b then k2b ring push-ups
    I need to work on t2b a little more. And ring dips A LOT!!
    Pull-ups 2700 getting better and better at this!

    WOD: 11:22 rx – T2B are like one-rep leg lifts, but the good news is that its a heck of an ab workout …costs a lot of time though.


  5. 14:08 with black band ring dip assistance – rx everything else
    pull-ups: bw, +5, +7.5, +7.5 = 1680


  6. WOD: 23:45 rx
    Pull ups: 1758


  7. WOD in 16:06 (hanging knee raises, ring push-ups)

    Up from 15:26 on 7/2

    14:55 scaled w/ knees to chest and push ups.


  9. WOD 21:35 I believe 1 purple band for ring dips and scaled T2B.


  10. 12:15 nothing was as it should’ve been, black and red pull-ups.
