So, you should have recorded or otherwise noted your heaviest Snatch from today’s “pretty not shitty” efforts. NExt week on tuesday we will take a shot at 1 RM G20, anything goes, pretty OR shitty; and you should start your efforts at your best weight from today.

As a group your movement is much improved. My own goals and then small injuries have kept me largely sidelined during the snatch wods of this cycle and I hope I can keep up when I return. Very well done, new and old.

    tennis matches tonight, tomorrow morning and tomorrow night


    • Won my match 3-6, 6-2, 10-6. I’d like to think that the agility drills helped since I did a ton of side shuffles, changing directions and sprints. Footwork was put to the test tonight!

  9. Pu with lots of assistance, 48 purple and two reds
    tonight curled 25# dumbbells 10 times=improvement

    Two thin purple bands. First day back, ugh!


  13. 10,8,5,8. Black band. Did extra set do to poor numbers.
