Open Prep- 1 RM Pullup then 3×5 @ 85%. Then 5x 2on/4 Off AD for total Cals.

Crossfit Platinum Elite- 1 RM SP, then 3×8 SP @ 75% then 5x 2 on/4 off C2 Row For calories.

Someday, CF Platinum Elite will no longer be funny, but until then try your best to be the most Platinumest you can be! And be more Eliter than you were yesterday.

  3. Deadlift (did SP yesterday) – 190 max. Disappointing. Hopefully it will improve. 2x140x8. Stopped 2 reps into the third set because my hip was hurting

  17. I did today’s interval wod. I had to alter my stroke, mostly restricting my knee movement, so my seat was a good long way away from my feet. Any rower worth her oar would have been aghast at my form, but sometimes the work trumps tradition (provided the position is a safe one, which this was) So I went 43 calories x4 and then failed miserably on the 5th, getting 40. total 212. Ryan F and James H both stomped my score pretty good.

  22. Overall a very dissapointing day…1RM Pullup 263, 70lb over BW. Thats not the the part that upset me.

    first attempt at X’s8 was at 70% (2 vests which added 52 lbs) I got 4 reps.

    second attempt I dropped down to a 32 lb vest and got 6 reps.

    Final X’s 8 attempt I dropped to BW of 192 and easily got 8.

    Total weight pulled: 3,866…If I would’ve just done BWX’s24 I would’ve got 4,608!

    Then…as if I needed another dollup of insult to injury I got my ass handed too me by a VERY pregnant lady on a WOD with bucking furpies and double unders! (you are amazing Whit)

    I did the first 2 rounds with Double unders in over 7 minutes so on the last 2 rounds I switched to 100 singles. score 10:50
