Strength 2- 3×8 Bent Row

Work- E6MOM row for max calories in 2 mins x5 Cycles.  Compare to 9-23-14

Wednesday

WORK-  Open Wod 14.5

For time.  Descending 21-18-15-12-9-6-3

Thrusters @ 95/65, OTB Burpees

Traditional Platinum Elite CrossFit

Tuesday

Strength 1- Shoulder Press 4×5 for load

Strength 2- Dumbell Tricep Extension- 3×8 for completion

Work- e6mom x 5 cycles — Against a 2 minute clock, complete 10 Burpees, 20 Airsquats, Max reps heavy jumprope.

Wednesday

Strength 1-Pullup 4×5 for load

Strength 2- 3x Max effort Supine row

Work- TBD

    * clock was reset during the 2 min. Pretty sure Glen and I had extra time.

  8. I got 144, 148 and 139 on the metcon for a 431 total. Joel N, smashed the field with 479. Neil beat me by 6 reps too. Shoulder press was 135×8, 145x8x3.
